Fondée en 2012, Chronopieces24 est un distributeur local de pièces, consommables et accessoires automobiles toutes marques pour les véhicules nationaux. Nous répondons aux besoins de clients particuliers et professionnels sur un secteur de 20Km autour de notre magasin basé au sud de Lyon.

Durant les années à venir, nous allons développer notre activité de vente en ligne. Nous avons un catalogue de pièces de plus de 300 000 références et nous stockons plus de 10 000 références différentes dans nos dépôts.

Nous nous efforçons de vous offrir nos meilleurs prix de ventes durant toute l'année sans pour autant réduire la qualité de nos produits. Chronopieces24 veille à ce que votre commande soit traitée et livrée dans tout le pays dans les délais indiqués sur notre site internet, afin de reprendre la route le plus rapidement possible !

Les moyens de paiements que nous acceptons sont uniquement les paiements via PayPal et cartes bancaires. Une fois votre paiement reçu, notre système vous enverra un mail de confirmation de votre commande avec votre facture contenant le détail de la TVA en pièce jointe.

Nous utilisons un système de commande automatisé. Assurez-vous donc que votre adresse de livraison soit correcte pour éviter des problèmes de délais.

La plupart des commandes sont livrées sous 24/48h une fois la pièce reçue dans nos dépôts.
Veuillez noter que nous ne commençons à traiter votre commande qu'après réception de votre paiement. Une fois que votre commande a quitté notre entrepôt, vous recevrez un mail avec un numéro de suivi. À partir de ce moment, vous pouvez suivre votre commande avec votre numéro de suivi via le site internet de la société de livraison.

Commandes retardées
Nous faisons notre possible pour que vous receviez votre commande dans les délais impartis. Cependant, il peut arriver que des événements indépendants de notre volonté entraînent le retard de votre colis et nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables de ces retards. Si, pour une raison quelconque, le délai de livraison est dépassé selon les estimations indiquées sur notre site internet, veuillez nous contacter par téléphone au 04 69 32 60 62 ou par mail à l'adresse Client@chronopieces24.com et nous vous donnerons des informations sur l'état de votre commande.

Que dois-je faire si je n'ai pas reçu ma commande ?
Appelez-nous au 04 69 32 60 62 ou envoyez-nous un mail à l'adresse Client@chronopieces24.com et nous réglerons le problème avec la société de livraison.

Chez Chronopieces24, nous espérons que vous serez satisfait de vos différents achats.

Toutefois, nous savons que vous devrez parfois renvoyer ou annuler un article. Avant de renvoyer des marchandises, veuillez lire nos conditions générales de retours. Tous les produits retournés doivent être dans un état revendable, inclure l'emballage et la documentation d'origine non sali.

Veuillez renvoyer votre ou vos articles dans l'emballage d'origine et vous assurer que tous les emballages sont bien emballés. Vous devez inclure une copie de votre facture avec vos articles, car il s’agit de la preuve d’achat, sinon votre remboursement sera retardé.

Le client est responsable de tous les frais d'envoi des produits retournés selon notre procédure de retour, à moins que cela ne soit expressément convenu et confirmé à l'avance avec notre équipe. Chronopieces24 n'acceptera aucune responsabilité pour la perte ou l'endommagement de marchandises pendant le transit, veuillez-vous assurer que l'assurance du colis concernant les dommages de marchandises couvre le montant de vos pièces dans la mesure du possible.

Dès réception, tous les produits seront inspectés et à notre discrétion, le crédit pourra être refusé.
